Lindsay Rowan Therapy is a therapeutic private practice offering a non-judgmental, open space for clients to explore a wide range of issues from anxiety and relationship issues to bereavement and burn out. I follow an integrative practice, tailoring the therapeutic approach to suit each client's specific needs. ​I am a BACP-registered counsellor (MBACP) qualified in Humanistic Integrative Counselling. This practice works with clients on an individual basis, face-to-face in London and online.

Discussing one's feelings is never easy. Partly because it’s so hard to find the right words to express how we feel about something. And even when equipped with the emotional vocabulary, it can be hard to find the right person to turn to when our feelings are deep and complex. This is where talking to a therapist can be really beneficial. With my help we can explore difficult-to-express feelings and develop the emotional language to articulate them. We can then navigate the complexities of your experiences and harness your strengths to foster lasting positive change. ​
